Children of Nepal was established in 1996 in association with The Rudolf Steiner Foundation, now known as RSF Social Finance. Its first project was to create a kindergarten in a children’s home in Kathmandu. For three years, CON trained the staff in teaching and management skills. In 1999, the project was handed over to the kindergarten’s Nepalese staff. In 2000, CON helped to establish Tashi Waldorf School in an area on the outskirts of Kathmandu. Teachers Application Queue


Nepal Schools Aid is a registered UK Charity (1119023) who have worked to support the development of quality education in Nepal’s primary schools since 2007 and up to 2016. In that time we developed the quality of education in 200 primary schools, the skills of 2000 teachers, touched 300,000 children, and helped 20 communities to understand the benefits of education. We now have no formal organisation in Nepal but are currently working on one major education project with one school.
